NZ Fish n' Chips

I've tried all these new kinds of fish since I've been here in New Zealand.  And Yum!!!!! I haven't had a bad one yet.  I've also never heard of these fish before.  

I've had Brill, Gurnard, Monk and Blue Cod. Dee-Lish!!
